Returns & Refunds policy

This Refunds Policy applies to all purchases of digital products and services offered on methodofverification.com, including the Method of Verification Masterclass & Letters Pack and any related downloads, videos, templates, or materials (collectively, the “Digital Products”).
1) No Refunds for Digital Products
All sales of Digital Products are final. Because access is granted immediately and the content is downloadable or viewable upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any Digital Products under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product description, curriculum outline, and any available previews before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2) Access & Delivery
Access to Digital Products is delivered via download links and/or streaming access shown on the order confirmation screen and sent to your email. If you experience technical access issues (for example, a broken link or corrupted file), contact info@methodofverification.com within 7 days of purchase. We will re-provide access or replace the file. This remedy does not constitute a refund.
3) Duplicate Purchases / Billing Errors
If you were charged twice for the same product in error, notify us within 7 days at info@methodofverification.com with your order IDs. Verified duplicate transactions will be reversed or credited. Unauthorized or fraudulent charges should also be reported to your payment provider.
4) Unauthorized Sharing, Chargebacks, and Fraud
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. Resale, sharing, or public posting of the content is prohibited. Filing a chargeback after accessing Digital Products may constitute misuse or fraud. We reserve all rights to contest chargebacks with proof of access and to terminate licenses for accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
5) No Outcome Guarantees
Digital Products provide educational information only. We do not guarantee deletions, corrections, credit-score changes, approvals, or litigation results. 6) Statutory Rights / Cooling-Off Notes (Jurisdictional)
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. Some jurisdictions (including the EU/UK) recognize a cooling-off period for digital content; however, when you consent to immediate access and acknowledge you lose the right to withdraw, that cooling-off right does not apply. Where law requires a remedy (for example, defective or misdescribed digital content), we will provide the legally required remedy (e.g., replacement, repair, or proportional price reduction). This does not include a discretionary refund unless mandated by law.
7) Taxes, Pricing, & Currency
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may be subject to sales/VAT/GST where applicable. You are responsible for any taxes and charges required by your jurisdiction.
8) Updates & Access Window
We may update Digital Products from time to time. Purchase does not guarantee future updates unless stated. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, access is provided for [insert your access term—e.g., “lifetime access” or “12 months”] from the purchase date, subject to platform availability and compliance with our Terms.
